REEDSBURG, Wis. (WMTV) - A 49-year-old man is facing multiple charges after he was pulled over for speeding Friday morning, according to the Reedsburg Police Department.
According to Reedsburg Police, the Viola man was pulled over in the 1600 block of East Main Street after authorities received a complaint for a vehicle that was coming into the city driving recklessly and speeding.
When police pulled the man over, officials said the police department’s K-9 Remi was deployed and alerted them to the outside of the vehicle.
During the search, officials found over 5 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to Sauk County Jail and faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
