Syracuse Orange football’s Jackson Meeks shows star potential in NFL preseason for Detroit Lions
This is the time of year when unheralded players have to make plays to have a shot at making an NFL roster.
Jackson Meeks took that message to heart.
The former Syracuse wide receiver is now with the Detroit Lions in the preseason, and he had a huge night Friday against the Falcons.
Meeks caught three passes for 78 yards and a touchdown. That included a 68-yarder.
