For the second night in one week, Rodeo Dallas closed its doors on Friday.

The Deep Ellum club temporarily reopened after it was locked out by its own landlord on Tuesday.

It shut down again Friday evening after a temporary restraining order took effect, this time requested by another area property owner.

Asana Partners put up a quarter of a million dollars in a fight to shut down the club that it says puts the entire neighborhood at risk.

In its petition, Asana Partners said Rodeo Dallas is “unquestionably at the epicenter of the spike in violence.”

The group offered photos to the court of what it called “uncontrollable crowds.”
