ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —

New body cam video shows BCSO officers conducting an arrest in a drag racing operation that took place last week.

Officers state that on Sunday, they received a call about a large group of individuals in the area of Isleta Amphitheater. Callers in the area reported vehicles racing through the parking lot and weaving in and out of traffic on University Boulevard, putting families at risk who were at a soccer game in the area.

In the video, officers are shown arresting 22-year-old Fernando Martinez, who was the driver of a white Chrysler 300, which stood out to them among all the vehicles involved.
