10 years in, Frederick Tennis Series has 'come a long way'

Ten years in, the Frederick Tennis Series has the look and feel of a fairly significant local sporting event.

A chair umpire now oversees the proceedings for the championship matches. Players still make their own calls. But there is an electronic system in place to track shot placement and settle any disputes. Players have a couple of challenges at their disposal.
