Kevin Gausman may not be scheduled to pitch during the Toronto Blue Jays‘ three-game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, but that didn’t stop him from having his teammates’ backs from the dugout on Friday night.
Gausman was ejected from the game by home plate umpire John Libka after the Dodgers’ three-run seventh inning.
Sportsnet’s Arden Zwelling reported on the broadcast that Gausman “had some choice words” for Libka, leading to the ejection.
