Two weeks after prosecutors opted not to charge the influencer's husband Brady Kiser with child abuse in the May drowning of their 3-year-old, the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County ruled in favor of Emilie to redact two pages from a Chandler Police Department report on the fatal incident.

"The transcript on the disputed sections are not necessary for public accountability," Judge Christopher Whitten wrote in an Aug. 8 brief viewed by E! News. "Its disclosure would serve no purpose other than satisfying morbid curiosity."
