CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Clayton County fire officials said the church housing a dozen foster teens violated several codes. After a fight at Now Faith Apostolic Ministries on July 29, the police and fire departments responded to the church on Rex Road.

During a news conference Friday morning, Fire Chief Tim Sweat showed the media pictures of the church's basement where the teens lived. The basement included boarded up windows, the lack of fire alarms, sprinklers and proper exits. Sweat said he was forced to call the Department of Family and Child Services to relocate the teens.
