NBA champion Shai-Gilgeous Alexander was given a key to the city yesterday, as thousands of fans bounced to Hamilton Stadium to catch a glimpse of the league’s MVP.

Mayor Andrea Horwath bestowed SGA with the key herself, and said the event was more than just a rally — it was a tribute to the incredible talent that thrives in Hamilton.
