The Better Business Bureau, or BBB, issued a consumer warning Tuesday for the Columbia, Missouri-based Club Car Wash, saying it received more than 240 complaints about the business over the last 3 years.
Due to what the BBB says is "a pattern of unresolved and unanswered complaints," Club Car Wash was given an "F" rating — the lowest grade possible from the nonprofit consumer education organization.
