Grey Bruce OPP says it is investigating a fatal collision in South Bruce Peninsula.

Police say on Aug. 8 around 5:30 p.m., officers responded to a head-on collision involving an SUV and another passenger vehicle on Highway 6 near Limberlost Road.

Four people were transported to hospital, but a 17-year-old from Markham was later pronounced dead.

Police say the three other people sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
