More than 200 workers at Target's Indianapolis Distribution Center will have their jobs eliminated next month as the company adjusts operations at the large facility near the Indianapolis International Airport.

Effective Sept. 19, the 201 employees at the fulfillment center will be out of work and encouraged to apply for other roles at Target, according to a WARN notice filed by the mega retailer on August 5.

Target will continue to use the building for other inventory work and employers are encouraged to apply for other jobs there.
