A convicted felon who was deported to the Dominican Republic on multiple occasions has pleaded guilty to fraud and immigration charges after illegally re-entering the United States.

Kelvin Prado-Robles, also known as Frankely Robles-Guzman, 49, a citizen of the Dominican Republic, pleaded guilty in New Haven federal court to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, which carries a maximum term of 20 years in prison, and one count of reentry of a removed alien, which carries a maximum 10-year sentence, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office .
