PORTSMOUTH — Folk music legend Tom Rush will return to the Prescott Park Arts Festiva l in 2025, festival organizers announced.

Rush will perform in a show scheduled for Friday, Aug. 29 at 7 p.m., joined on stage by Monica Rizzio.

“We are absolutely elated to welcome Tom Rush back to Prescott Park,” said Courtney Perkins, executive director of Prescott Park Arts Festival. “He’s not only a legendary figure in the world of folk music but also someone who has a deep connection to this community and to our festival. His performances are always filled with warmth, nostalgia, and storytelling.”

Rizzio is a Texas-born, Cape Cod-based multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter who has been dubbed "the Americana girl next door."
