Plymouth Live readers are weighing in on a growing row over access at Woolwell Roundabout , part of the £45m upgrade on the A386 Tavistock Road.

Councillors claim taxi users are facing higher fares because buses — but not taxis — are allowed to turn right during the Woolwell to the George junction works.

While buses can bypass the congestion with a direct right turn, taxis are forced to detour via Belliver Roundabout, adding distance, time, and cost for passengers — despite taxis being permitted in bus lanes throughout the rest of the city.
