The bullets that flew in Times Square Saturday night struck an 18-year-old tourist in an Uber and a man standing on the sidewalk, after a teen shooter argued with a Citibike rider and fired into the street, police sources said Saturday.
The 17-year-old gunman, who was inside the restaurant Raising Cane on Broadway when the dispute first erupted, decided to settle his beef with the Citibike rider outside the eatery.
He went onto the street and fired three shots at a group of about a dozen Citibike riders, striking one of them — a 19-year-old — in the foot, the sources said. 4
