From the moment Shedeur Sanders took the field in his preseason debut, he looked a lot more polished than anyone could’ve expected from a fifth-round rookie.
As Mary Kay Cabot pointed out , he just needed that opportunity to show he’s got that legendary potential, and that’s exactly what he did. Sanders threw two touchdowns and showed a really calm, almost veteran-like presence out there.
On one standout bootleg play , instead of scrambling or making a rushed decision, he recognized that there was no pressure, set his feet, and delivered a perfect throw right between two Panthers defenders.
It was the kind of poise that should get Browns fans excited and should definitely have coach Kevin Stef
