A former James Wood High School administrator accused of sending nude photos to a 17-year-old student was indicted Thursday on the original charge and new ones.

Brian Patrick Sullivan, 36, was among 30 indicted by a Frederick County Circuit Court grand jury.

Sullivan was arrested in February and charged with one felony count of using a communications device to transmit sexually explicit photos of himself. Prosecutors on Thursday levied another identical charge, as well as two felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a supervisory relationship.
