Joe Tuza has been named CEO of Louisiana Fish Fry .

Tuza has more than 30 years of experience in the food and consumer products industries, holding senior leadership roles with companies such as T. Marzetti, Del Monte, StarKist and Nestlé Purina. Most recently, he was chief growth officer with Sauer Brands, overseeing products such as Duke's Mayonnaise and Mateo's Salsa.

—Chase Weatherly has been promoted to partner with Elifin .

Weatherly has been director of operations for the commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Will Chadwick and Mark Segalla , both longtime partners with Elifin, have left the firm to pursue other opportunities.
