Maine Game Wardens recovered the bodies of two anglers on Grand Falls Flowage in Baileyville.
Around 3:45 p.m. Friday, wardens were notified about an unoccupied 2010 19-foot Bass Tracker drifting with its trolling motor running and fishing lines in the water, according to Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife spokesperson Mark Latti.
Wardens and volunteers searched the area, and a volunteer found the body of Charlotte Evans, 67, of Cibolo, Texas, about 100 yards from shore shortly after 4:30 p.m.
After learning there had been two people in the boat, searchers continued looking for the second person but were unable to find them Friday night.
The search resumed Saturday morning, and around 10 a.m., warden divers recovered the body of Douglass Bass, 67, of Agawam, Massachusett
