Two women have been arrested in connection with the death of college football player Raymond Orozco.

Orozco was stabbed outside of a nightclub on July 20 in San Jose, California, and was pronounced dead on the scene after police responded to a call.

The 22-year-old was a player at a local community college.

According to KSBW , San Jose police have revealed that 20-year-old Mercedes Rosales and 18-year-old Micaela Van have been arrested as part of their investigations.

Rosales was arrested last Wednesday, and Van was later identified as a suspect.
