GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man is dead after a shooting in Grand Rapids Sunday evening, police say.
At 7:10 p.m., officers with the Grand Rapids Police Department were called to Logan Street and Diamond Avenue SE for a report of a shooting. First responders found the victim and began first aid, but he eventually died at the scene.
The man was not identified by police.
There is no threat to the public and no suspect has been found, GRPD Chief Eric Winstrom confirmed to News 8.
