Hundreds of offences have been reported on board West Midlands buses this year, a BirminghamLive investigation has found.
While most people get around the region on buses without problems as they commute to work or head to the shops, there are times when there is trouble on board.
And it can be a nightmare for ordinary people when this happens. Issues can involve rowdy youths and dangerous thugs.

The most common offence passengers have to deal with is violence against the person, which usually involves a physical assault.
This means passengers have looked on as they witnessed fights or attacks on boards.
