MURRAY – A Murray woman charged with attempted murder and strangulation was one of several defendants who entered guilty pleas in Calloway County Circuit Court Friday.
Crimson Jackson is expected to serve 10 years in prison after pleading guilty on Friday to attempted murder (Class B felony), first-degree strangulation (Class C felony), and first-degree burglary (Class B felony). Circuit Judge Andrea Moore said the Commonwealth had offered Jackson 10 years in prison for each of the two charges, and the sentences will be served concurrently for total of 10 years.
