A Devon home has been reduced to a pile of rubble following an explosion on Monday, August 11. Emergency services rushed to the scene on Ladram Road near Otterton at around 11.30am after reports of a suspected gas explosion.

The house was completely obliterated, leaving only ruins behind. Photos from the scene depict flames engulfing the wreckage, leaving onlookers in shock.

Several fire engines were dispatched to prevent the blaze from spreading, reports DevonLive . The nearby road is anticipated to be shut for several hours. No injuries have been reported.
