LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — A man was arrested for setting a fire outside the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department headquarters on Saturday.
On Sunday, Metro announced its officers arrested 35-year-old Christian Vega for arson.
Surveillance shows him walking through the south parking lot before setting a fire on one of the outside walls of the headquarters building on MLK Boulevard.
The fire was quickly put out.
Metro booked Vega on two counts of arson in the third degree and one count of malicious destruction of private property.
Vegas is expected to be in court Monday morning.
