A man died last week from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash near Bozeman Pass.
The unidentified 56-year-old man from Spokane, Washington, died three days after crashing his touring motorcycle near mile marker 317 on Interstate 90. He was transported to Bozeman Health Deaconess Medical Center.
At around 6:41 p.m. on Aug. 4, the man reportedly "failed to negotiate a left-hand curve" with his Victory Cross Road motorcycle, "causing the driver to go off the right-hand side."
"The vehicle went into loose gravel and the driver was unable to keep control of the vehicle, causing the driver to be thrown," a report from Montana Highway Patrol said.
According to the report, conditions were wet and the man was wearing a helmet. He died Thursday.
