ST PAUL, Minn. — While St. Paul has many things to offer, exciting nightlife is generally not one of them.
That was NOT the case early Saturday, however, when a repeat offender led Ramsey County deputies on a chase through the Capitol City that at times reached 130 mph.
The incident started on Interstate 94 at around 1 a.m., reaching speeds of around 130 mph. The Ramsey County Sheriff's office said deputies joined the pursuit at I-94 and White Bear Avenue, and continued the pursuit onto 35E. At that point, authorities say the pursuit continued onto West 7th Street and wound through main thoroughfares and neighborhood side streets until one deputy finally spun him out with a PIT maneuver at Randolph Street.
