Move It Monday: Gresham gym teaching youth life skills through MMA

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A Rockwood-area gym, led by Olympic Medalist Matt Lindland, is teaching kids character through Mixed Martial Arts.

Lindland stopped by the studio to bring the AM Extra team onto the mat.
