Miami Dolphins running back Alexander Mattison will miss the 2025 NFL season after suffering an injury against the Chicago Bears, a new report says.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and other reports, Mattison suffered a neck injury during the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the Bears, and underwent season-ending surgery on Sunday night in Chicago.

On the play, Mattison caught a ball out of the backfield from quarterback Quinn Ewers and then began sprinting toward the end zone
