Just a day after the Washington Spirit drew Gotham FC in New Jersey, Trinity Rodman was in Cincinnati to support her boyfriend Ben Shelton in the Cincinnati Open.

Rodman was in the stands as Shelton defeated Camilo Ugo Carabelli in the round of 64 on Sunday. The 22-year-old will face Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut in the round of 32 on Tuesday.

Shelton's match took place just a day after Rodman played the final 32 minutes of a 0-0 draw at Sports Illustrated Stadium, making her second appearance since her return from a long-term back injury.

In her first game back, Rodman scored a dramatic stoppage-time winner against the Portland Thorns.

During her four months on the sideline, Rodman was able to attend several of Shelton's matches in Europe, including his run to the quarterfinals at Wimbledon.

Earlier this month, Rodman filmed herself cheering Shelton on as he won the title at the National Bank Open in Toronto.

"I see everyone who doubts you," she wrote on Instagram. "You are so inspirational and I've never been filled with this much joy. I love you and you are HIM."

Rodman and the Spirit are next in action on Friday when they host Racing Louisville at Audi Field.
