CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 42-year-old Shinnston man accused of threatening to kill another male is facing a charge of felony threats of terrorist acts.
Harrison Deputy Roger King charged Kevin Edward Talkington, alleging wrongdoing last Thursday.
Following a Magistrate Court hearing last Thursday, Talkington "became irate and made threats toward the life" of the other male, with a magistrate witnessing the incident, King alleged.
King asked Talkington to leave the courtroom and escorted him out, according to the complaint.
While walking toward the main lobby, Talkington "made the statement he was going to blow [the other male] out of his socks if he gets out," King alleged.
