ATLANTIC, CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Trial dates have been set for Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small and his wife, La'Quetta.
The video featured is from a previous report.
Both have rejected plea deals in the case involving the alleged assault of their daughter.
The deal for Mayor Small called for him to plead guilty to third-degree aggravated assault and avoid prison time; however, that plea would have made him ineligible to continue to hold office.
His trial will begin on November 10, less than a week after the upcoming election.
