OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The Omaha Public Power District says they have restored 97% of affected customers’ power since this weekend’s storms .

An update from OPPD says nearly 500 field workers, including mutual aid and contractors, are currently focused on areas without power.

As of 9:30 a.m. Monday, they say 97% of customers who lost power as a result of the storms have been restored.
