BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football coach Curt Cignetti put an asterisk next to the success the offense had during the second week of fall camp.

Cignetti detailed a list of defensive starters that were sidelined with injuries throughout the week when he spoke to reporters Monday afternoon. The Hoosiers were forced to move players around out of position to make up for those absences during Saturday's scrimmage.

"The defensive was really short handed," Cignetti said. "(Rolijah) Hardy returned to practice today, but had a groin missed most of last week. Amare Ferrell had a personal matter, mother passed away and was gone most of the week, he's back today. (D'Angelo) Ponds went out of the scrimmage early, tweaked his ankle.
