MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Trial dates were set Monday for the man accused of killing a Sun Prairie woman whose body was found in a field, court records show.
A scheduling conference was held in Dane County Court for Gerson Blas Noe , whose jury trial will be held next year.
The trial is slated to begin on Feb. 16, 2026, and run through Feb. 20.
Blas Noe, 24, is accused of first-degree intentional homicide, giving false information on a kidnapping or missing person and hiding a corpse.
Blas Noe is charged in the death of Ingrid Isamar Valverde-Ponce. Officials say he was the last person known to be seen with her.
Valverde-Ponce’s body was found Tuesday, Jan. 14, in a farmer’s field near Portage Road and State Highway 19, in the Town of Bristol.
