LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Nevada State Police are investigating incidents of rocks being thrown on I-11 after “serious” injuries were reported.

Nevada State Police Highway Patrol and Investigations Division, in coordination with the Henderson Police Department, said reports have described people dropping or throwing large rocks from a pedestrian overpass onto northbound I-11, just north of the Railroad Pass Casino.

When officers arrived to the area, police say the suspects had already fled the scene. Two drivers reportedly have serious injuries as a result.

Police say four vehicles so far have moderate to severe damage from these incidents.
