For Portland restaurants, the great western expansion begun before the pandemic shows no sign of slowing down.
In February, Tito’s Taquitos moved into the short-lived Magna Kubo space , 12406 S.W. Broadway St., with a new brick-and-mortar location in the heart of Central Beaverton’s restaurant row . In June, Dos Hermanos bakery took over the corner spot next door briefly occupied by Pip’s Original Doughnuts, 12400 S.W. Broadway St. Meanwhile, Canard’s third location is on track for a fall opening in the former Beaverton Bakery across the road, 12395 S.W. Broadway St.
