Blind boxes are all the rage, and everyone is catching on — including Disney.

Disney recently launched a slew of blind boxes, or what the company has dubbed “mystery boxes,” depicting some of its most beloved characters and attractions. The novelty combines all the whimsy of little tchotchkes — a la Sonny Angels or Calico Critters — with mystery and chance. It’s that moment of pause where you hold your breath upon opening, hoping to snag the figure you’ve been hoping for on the back of the box.
