A 25-year-old man from Cornwall was arrested on Aug. 9 on the strength of an outstanding warrant and charged with 12 counts.

He was charged with two counts of theft under $5,000, break and enter a place, disguise with intent, possession of a credit card, two counts of use of a credit card, and five counts of failure to comply with a probation order.

Police alleged on June 5, the man was bound by a probation order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On this date, police alleged the man stole a bicycle from an individual known to him.
