CLEVELAND — One person is dead and a suspect is in custody following a stabbing in Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood late last week.

Police say they were called to the 18700 block of Mohawk Avenue in North Collinwood for a reported fight around 11:30 p.m. Friday and found a 25-year-old man who had been stabbed multiple times. The victim was taken by ambulance to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, but died there from his injuries. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has since identified him as Malik Williams, of Cleveland.

The suspect, 46-year-old Delcresha D. Box, was arrested after "evidence was located at the scene." She has been charged with murder. Court records indicate she has no known criminal history in Cuyahoga County.
