JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — First Coast Crime Stoppers says an anonymous tip played a pivotal role in the arrest of one of the suspects in the 2024 shooting death of a security guard at a Jacksonville Westside business.

According to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrest report, Quraan Goodman, 25, was arrested July 22 for the October 2024 fatal shooting of Ronald Matthews at the Dragon Arcade .

Two others are facing murder charges in connection with the shooting.

The arrest report states that two masked men entered the business on Oct. 3, 2024, and fired multiple shots, striking Matthews and two other bystanders inside. Matthews was pronounced dead at the scene.
