BROOK PARK, Ohio (WJW) – The Cleveland Browns are expected to kickoff in an enclosed stadium in four years. There are plans for a groundbreaking in about six months.

And the FOX 8 I-Team found Brook Park leaders are already visiting other NFL stadiums around the country to try and find out more about construction and game days.

Mayor Ed Orcutt just got back from Buffalo where a new stadium is being built.

"With my background as a project manager, all the things that I saw there, about how that’s being operated was nothing but efficiency,” Orcutt said. “We want to make sure we understand how we can be efficient here in Brook Park."
