BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The Birmingham Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a woman last seen July 31.

Kayla Stone, 38, was last seen in the 1700 block of Bush Boulevard. Stone was possibly wearing a white shirt, black pants, or shorts with "puffy hair or ponytail." She's described as being 5'1", 125 pounds, with a butterfly tattoo on her leg and BPM tattooed on her wrist.

BPD says she was last seen leaving the listed location with a man. She left her phone behind and has not made contact with anyone in her home since she left.
