As St. Johns County continues its work on the County Road 210 widening project, drivers are being informed of an upcoming traffic shift that will be implemented as a result.
The county said that on the night of Friday, Aug. 15, the westbound and eastbound lanes of CR 210 will transition from the way it is currently to a newly constructed roadway just east of Stone Creek Circle.
Traffic will then return to the existing roadway at the intersection with Cimarrone Boulevard.
"Appropriate signage and roadway striping will be in place to guide drivers through the new configuration," the county said.
Drivers are asked to exercise caution as traffic adjusts to the new pattern. County officials advise that entering or leaving neighborhoods affected by the construction may be easier outside of “
