JD Vance Praises Notorious Far-Right Fake News Site: ‘This Is Why Gateway Pundit Is So Important’

Vice President JD Vance praised The Gateway Pundit , a far-right fake news site, in an interview with founder and editor Jim Hoft published on Sunday.

Vance’s adulatory comments came after Hoft said that he had “heard some news” about Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D), Vance’s Democratic counterpart in the 2024 election.

“The FBI and DHS was covering for him and his ties to Communist China,” stated Hoft before asking Vance, “Do you think they would have done this for you?”
