Explosions at a massive United States Steel mill in Western Pennsylvania left at least one dead, at least 10 injured, and at least one missing worker trapped under the rubble Monday.

The explosions occurred at U.S. Steel’s Mon Valley Works — Clairton Plant, also historically referred to as Clairton Coke Works, which is the largest coke-making facility in North America.
