State subcommittee votes to begin negotiations with Georgia-based center for social services study

The Legislative Council's Hospital, Medicaid and Developmental Disabilities Study Subcommittee voted Monday to authorize the Bureau of Legislative Research to begin negotiating a contract with the Georgia Center for Opportunity to provide audit services for a study about social services and workforce overhaul.
