Paramount has finalized a seven-year agreement with TKO Group to exclusively distribute all UFC events in the U.S. starting in 2026.

The deal is valued at an average of $1.1 billion annually, doubling the current estimated $550 million ESPN pays for UFC broadcasting rights.

The big picture: Paramount+ will stream UFC’s full schedule, including 13 marquee numbered events and 30 Fight Nights annually.
