MGK hosted his annual MGK Day in Cleveland over the weekend. The three-day event finished with a street and art festival, which featured MGK headlining the Mall C main stage with a free performance in front of an estimated 30,000 fans on Sunday (Aug. 10), celebrating the release of the hometown hero’s Lost Americana album.
Festivities for the weekend kicked off with XXCon, which featured an acoustic set from MGK at Jacobs Pavilion, a venue he recalls performing at in the early stages of chasing music fame in front of 15 to 20 people. MGK played host to the Street League Skateboarding competition, which took over Cleveland and saw skating icons in attendance such as Ryan Sheckler.
